God Hears Us!
You will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.

Together we hold the first printed copies of the entire Kunda New Testament. We printed two loose-bound copies so that we could use them for our Scripture to Song Seminar. It was exciting to hold the first copies.
5000 bound copies of the New Testament will be printed in South Korea and should arrive next year.
“I always knew that God saw the Kunda people.
But now I know that He hears
the Kunda people!”
Those were the words that one man spoke at our music seminar. He felt that in the past that his language was neglected and perhaps even forgotten. Of course, this is how he felt too. Could God really hear him?
But after we spent time with the Kunda tribe, teaching them to write songs in their own language, and teaching how to put verses from the New Testament to traditional Kunda tunes, he came alive. He no longer felt forgotten. God, he was now sure, could now hear his people praise and thank Him.
In April and May, we traveled over 2000 miles conducting Scripture to Music Seminars in three language projects. It was hard work! But it was worth it. Each of these three tribes now has a greater capability to praise Jesus in their mother tongue. Over 80 songs were created that use Scripture to present the Gospel. Those that received training are continuing to writing even more songs.
